By engaging with Timeless Dwellings, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Commission Structure
For sale/purchase transactions, our commission is fixed between 3% to 5%, depending on the property type and deal value.
For rental transactions, our commission is equivalent to 2 months’ rent, payable at the time of agreement.
All commissions are non-negotiable and must be paid upon deal closure or as per mutually agreed terms.
2. Direct Listings
We operate with 96% direct-party listings, ensuring transparency and authenticity.
Timeless Dwellings is not liable for any third-party claims or disputes arising from indirect listings.
3. Property Categories
We deal in a wide range of real estate assets, including:

5. Documentation & Legal
All property transactions must be supported by valid documentation.
Timeless Dwellings facilitates introductions and negotiations but does not provide legal or financial guarantees.
Buyers and sellers are advised to conduct independent due diligence.
6. Confidentiality
All client information and property details are handled with strict confidentiality.
We do not share data with third parties without prior consent.
7. Changes to Terms
